Digital Services

Registration and ticketing platforms, attendee apps and live streaming — systems we build and operate ourselves, for our events and our clients'.

Technology is not an add-on — it is the experience

The longest stretch an attendee spends at any event is not inside the hall — it is in the registration queue. So we build our systems around one question: how many minutes can we give each person back?

Our platforms run on our own events first, so what we offer clients is field-tested rather than slide-tested. Everything works in Arabic and English, and is hosted inside the Kingdom in line with data classification requirements.

Standards we hold to

Frequent questions

Can we use the systems without contracting the full event?

Yes. We offer the platforms as a standalone service for organisers running their own events, with support on site or remotely.

Who owns the registrant data?

The organising entity owns it entirely. We are a processor, not an owner, and we export it to you in full on request.

What if the venue internet drops?

Every system has a fallback: printed lists and pre-prepared badges, and scanners that work offline and sync later.

How long does a registration platform take to set up?

Five to ten business days depending on ticket complexity and payment integration.
